Shipping policy

All of our wooden tankards are handcrafted and each batch will be completed before they go live on the website. For products that are premade please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Made to order products will have a 2 to 4 week lead time. 

Once shipped you will receive a notification that your order has shipped and will also receive a tracking number to track your order.

We ship primarily USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for what happens to your product during shipping as it's in the carriers hands. 

However, if your product is damaged in anyway by any of the carriers please inform us immediately so that we can assisted you in either replacement or refund if need be.
