Refund policy

        Our products do come with a lifetime grantee. If your product is damaged in anyway due to the carrier's handling please inform us immediately. We will investigate the issue with your order and handle it as soon as possible. If the product is damaged in any way please provide a picture and description of how it was damaged via email. Once we finish the investigation if it's damaged beyond repair we will send you a return label via email. label will be paid by Tipsys Tankards, you will receive an email with the label attached. Simply print the label and attach it to the box, place your tankard inside and tape the top of the box and apply the shipping label to the side of the box to return your product via the specified carrier per what is on the label. Please allow the allotted amount of time for shipping. Once received we will repair or ship you a new product.
